ROBERTO MORÓN , Guitarrista

oberto Morón Pérez, Concertista Profesional de Guitarra Clásica y Licenciado en Musicología por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Estudió en Madrid con Avelina Vidal y Demetrio Ballesteros, obteniendo las máximas calificaciones y Premio fin de carrera.
Realizó estudios de postgrado en Italia con Angelo Gilardino y en la prestigiosa Royal Academy of Music en Londres, donde ha sido ganador del Julian Bream Prize, otorgado por el propio Julian Bream, y seleccionado para participar en el Wigmore Hall Award.

Además es ganador del premio Juventudes Musicales de España.
Premiado en numerosos concursos internacionales, su carrera concertística le ha llevado a actuar en países como Italia, Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Ucrania, Suiza, Alemania, Francia, Hungría y Japón.

Ha tocado como solista con varias orquestas, recientemente ha interpretado el Concierto de Aranjuez con Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra y la National Symphonic Orchestra of Ukraine.

Colabora con la editorial italiana Berben en las publicaciones del The Andrés Segovia Archive. Trabaja con importantes compositores como Stephen Dodgson, Angelo Gilardino, Peter Maxwell-Davies y Richard Rodney Bennett.

ROBERTO MORÓN , Classical Guitarist

panish-born Roberto Morón Pérez studied in Madrid, Italy and the UK, graduating with first class honours and a degree in Musicology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, then completing a postgraduate programme at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London, where he received the Julian Bream Prize and was selected to participate at the Wigmore Hall Award.

Prize-winner of many international competitions, Roberto has appeared as soloist in Spain, Switzerland, Italy, the USA, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Germany and Japan, and in concert with numerous Spanish orchestras. Recently, he played the famous Concierto de Aranjuez with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine. Stephen Dodgson and Angelo Gilardino are amongst the prominent composers with whom he has worked, and the famous English pianist, Stephen Hough, has written a guitar piece for him. Roberto Moròn Pérez has released a world premier recording with pieces by Stephen Dodgson and has collaborated with the Italian publisher Berben in the edition of The Andrés Segovia Archive.
